All items are handmade to order from satin ribbon. Slight variations from photos are part of the craft. "From X DT" products (money bouquets, makeup bouquets) are priced by individual quote.كل المنتجات مصنوعة يدوياً عند الطلب من شريط الساتان. الاختلافات الطفيفة عن الصور جزء من الحرفة. المنتجات «ابتداءً من» تُسعّر بعرض فردي.

2. Lead time — 4 working days2. المهلة — 4 أيام عمل

The minimum delay between order and delivery is 4 working days (Sundays excluded). The delivery date you select at checkout is confirmed by us; saturated days cannot be selected.المهلة الأدنى بين الطلب والتوصيل 4 أيام عمل (عدا الأحد). تاريخ التوصيل الذي تختارينه مؤكد من طرفنا؛ الأيام المكتملة لا يمكن اختيارها.

3. Prices and payment3. الأسعار والدفع

Prices are in Tunisian dinars (DT), delivery excluded. Payment: cash on delivery, D17 (with proof upload, manually validated) or bank transfer. No banking data is stored on this site.الأسعار بالدينار التونسي دون التوصيل. الدفع: نقداً عند الاستلام أو D17 (مع إثبات يُتحقق منه يدوياً) أو تحويل بنكي. لا تُخزن أي بيانات بنكية.

4. Delivery4. التوصيل

We deliver to all 24 governorates (7–10 DT, free above the threshold shown in the cart). Breakage during transport is replaced free of charge upon photo within 24h of receipt.نوصل لكل الولايات (7–10 دنانير، مجاني فوق الحد المذكور في السلة). الكسر أثناء النقل يُعوض مجاناً بصورة خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.

5. Cancellation and returns5. الإلغاء والإرجاع

You may cancel or modify free of charge until crafting starts (usually 24h after confirmation). Custom creations already started are non-refundable. Eternal flowers are not perishable; returns are accepted only for crafting defects.يمكنك الإلغاء أو التعديل مجاناً قبل بدء الصنع (عادة 24 ساعة بعد التأكيد). الطلبات الخاصة التي بدأت غير قابلة للاسترجاع. الإرجاع يُقبل فقط لعيوب الصنع.
