How long do the flowers last?
Forever. Our flowers are hand-rolled from satin ribbon — they never wilt, never need water and keep their colour for years. Just keep them away from direct sunlight and dust them gently.
Why do you need 4 days to deliver?
Every bouquet is made to order, petal by petal, by hand. Four days is our minimum to craft it properly and deliver it anywhere in Tunisia. For a specific date (birthday, BAC results…), order early!
Do you deliver everywhere in Tunisia? How much is it?
Yes — all 24 governorates. Delivery is 7 DT in Greater Tunis and 8–10 DT elsewhere, free above 100 DT. You can also pick up your order.
Can I customise my bouquet?
Absolutely — it's what we love most. Choose colours, number of flowers, add a card message, or use the Custom Order form with your inspiration photos and budget, and we design something unique.
How does D17 payment work?
Choose D17 at checkout: we show you our D17 number, you send the amount from your D17 app, then upload a screenshot of the payment. We confirm within a few hours.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order free of charge until we start crafting it (usually 24h after confirmation). Custom creations already started cannot be refunded.
How do I care for an eternal bouquet?
No water, no vase needed. Keep it away from direct sun and humidity, and dust it occasionally with a dry cloth or hair dryer on cold. It will look new for years.
Do you take bulk or event orders?
Yes — weddings, graduations, corporate gifts and kids' workshops. Contact us on WhatsApp with your date and quantity; bulk pricing starts at 10 pieces.
