Bouquets are made to order: minimum 4 working days. You choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout; we confirm on WhatsApp and send a photo of the bouquet before it ships.الباقات تُصنع عند الطلب: 4 أيام عمل على الأقل. تختارين تاريخ ووقت التوصيل عند الدفع؛ نؤكد عبر واتساب ونرسل صورة الباقة قبل الإرسال.

Breakage & returnsالكسر والإرجاع

Damaged in transport? Send a photo within 24h — we replace it free. Since each creation is made to order, returns are accepted only for crafting defects; custom orders already started are non-refundable.تضررت أثناء النقل؟ أرسلي صورة خلال 24 ساعة — نعوضها مجاناً. بما أن كل قطعة تُصنع عند الطلب، يُقبل الإرجاع فقط لعيوب الصنع؛ الطلبات الخاصة التي بدأت لا تُسترجع.
